Natalya Byzova Kavanagh is a highly knowledgeable attorney experienced in a variety of real estate and civil litigation matters in federal and state civil and probate courts. She is highly skilled at developing and executing the right strategy to help her client’s achieve their goals. She has flexible litigation and negotiation style customized to reach results for her clients no matter the opponent or the circumstances. Every case is unique, and she is equally capable at being an aggressive litigator when necessary or brokering a deal.

Natalya also has extensive business experience that she obtained prior to and during law school, which allows her to relate to her business clients and understand their motivations. Prior to starting on her law career, Ms. Kavanagh worked as a Key Account Manager with a private corporation. She handled major corporate accounts and was successful in business development. She also served as a liaison between a Chinese supplier and American organizations, determined their unique technology needs and provided solutions.

Natalya obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, she externed in the chambers of the Honorable Judge Rex Heeseman at the California Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles.

Soon after law school, Natalya completed a fellowship with a major health management organization’s legal department where she was exposed to a wide array of legal issues that an organization can face. She drafted contracts, advised on various issues of health law and regulatory compliance and provided recommendations on improving practices and procedures.

Natalya is a member of the California State Bar, various bar association and professional organizations. She is an avid hiker and leads a hiking attorney’s networking group once a month. She also likes to run and enjoy a nice summer day by the beach with her family.
